Ingredients: Chicken meat and skin 29%, WHEAT flour, vegetables 19% (cabbage, onion, young onion, garlic), water, tofu (SOY, water, anti-caking agent (magnesium chloride), shiitake mushrooms, tapioca starch, sesame oil, SOY SAUCE (water, SOY, WHEAT, salt), ginger, sugar, salt, yeast extract, pork gelatine, rice cooking wine (water, rice), chicken base (chicken meat and skin, salt), natural flavouring, rapeseed oil, spices.

ALLERGENS: This product may contain milk, egg, mustard, crab.

Nutrition per 100g: Energy 676 kJ/161 kcal, fat 6.0g: of which saturates 1.6g, carbohydrate 18g of which sugars 2.0g; protein 8.7g, salt 0.69g.

Preparation:
-SOPARATOR: Put a suitable quantity of water in a steamer and heat it up. When the water starts to boil, add 6 frozen dumplings and simmer for about 7 minutes.
-MICrowave oven: place 6 dumplings in a microwave-safe dish and cover with plastic wrap. Place the dish in the microwave (1000 W) and heat for 2 minutes.

Useful at least until the date stamped on the back of the packaging
