Ingredients: tamarind paste 25%, ginger 17%, water, salt, coriander, chilli, MUSTARD SEEDS, cumin, garlic, corn oil, black pepper, cinnamon, cloves, acidity regulator: lemon.

ALLERGENS: This product may contain traces of sesame seeds, sulphur dioxide and sulphites. Made in a factory that also processes products containing gluten, peanuts, soy, milk and tree nuts.

NUTRITIONAL VALUE PER 100g: Energy 306kJ/73kcal, fat 2.9g; of which saturates 0.4g, carbohydrate 5.3g; of which sugars 4.1g, protein 3.0g, salt 11.1g.

The product must be heated well before use.

Once opened, refrigerate and use within 3 months.

Useful at least until the date stamped on the back of the jar.
