Delivery

IMPORTANT: In the event that unforeseen problems related to delivery have occurred between the confirmation of the order and the shipping of the products, Thai Asia Shop shall inform the Buyer of the situation. Thai Asia Shop reserves the right to cancel the order as a last resort. If the order is cancelled and you have already paid the purchase price by credit card, Thai Asian Food Store d.o.o. will refund the purchase price to your bank account (TRR).

After we receive your order, it will be processed by our sales department within 1-5 business days. You will receive a shipment notification to your email address (e-mail) once the shipment has been dispatched.

Products ordered from Thai Asia Shop online shop (www.thaiasia.si) are shipped throughout the Republic of Slovenia and to the Republic of Croatia.

Shipping costs are NOT included in the price of the product and will be charged extra. For shipping products within the Republic of Slovenia the price is 5,50 EUR and for shipping products to the Republic of Croatia the shipping price is 17,00 EUR.
