Instant miso soup with fried tofu and wakame seaweed 152g(8 servings) MARUKOME

Ingredients: soup base: miso rice 64% (water, SOY, rice, salt), water, alcoholic vinegar, sugar, BONITO powder (FISH), hydrolysed proteins, yeast extract powder, salt, onion extract. Flakes: dried fried tofu 4,4% ( SOY, palm oil, thickener: E516; E511; E575), dried wakame seaweed, dried young onion.

NUTRITIONAL VALUES PER 100g :Energy 668kJ/160kcal, fat 5,4g;of which saturates 1,4g, carbohydrate 15g;of which sugars 6,0g, protein 13g, salt 9,3g

PREPARATION: Shake the contents of one sachet into a cup and pour 160ml boiling water over the top. Mix well and serve.

Useful at least until the date stamped on the back of the packaging
