Store in the freezer at -18°C. Do not refreeze after thawing. Preservation instructions: *(-6°C) 1 week; **(-12°C) 1 month; ***( -18°C) until use-by date. After thawing, give the product a theramic treatment. Defrost the product for 1-2 hours at room temperature, or under cold running water for 5 minutes.
