Thai Asia Shop online shop (www.thaiasia.si) is fully owned by Thai Asian Food store d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the » Processor«). The Processor of www.thaiasia.si takes the utmost care to protect the privacy of its customers and visitors. All personal data obtained is treated in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1, Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 94/2007) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679). • name of the company (if you register or log in as a company)

• other information to be entered at the time of ordering (another recipient of the product, another delivery address….)

This information is only necessary for the processing of the order and in case we need to contact the consumer in order to process the order.

Each buyer or user has the right to access their personal data. They also have the right to have their personal data corrected.

Why do we process your personal data?

When Thai Asian Food store do.o. receives your personal data, it uses it for the following purposes only:

• marketing as well as statistical analysis of the site, so that we can (if necessary) change the range of product on offer on the site.

Advertising

From time to time, your personal data is used for advertising purposes and for website analysis. Google Analytics and Facebook pixel are used for this purpose. Both of these obtain certain data via cookies on the website.
