Ingredients: soup base: miso rice 63% (water, SOY, rice, salt), water, alcoholic vinegar, sugar, BONITO powder (FISH), hydrolysed protein, yeast extract powder, salt, kelp extract.

Flakes: dried wakame 8.1%, dried young onions.

NUTRITIONAL VALUES PER 100g :Energy 669kJ/160 kcal, fat 5,3g;of which saturates 1,9g, carbohydrate 16g;of which sugars 4,5g, protein 13g, salt 10g

PREPARATION: Shake the contents of one sachet into a cup and pour 160ml boiling water over the top. Mix well and serve.

Useful at least until the date stamped on the back of the packaging.
