INGREDIENTS: noodles 85,25% (water, wheat flour, acidity regulator: E270, E260, E325, modified tapioca starch, salt), seasoning 12,90% (water, SOY SAUCE (water, SOY, wheat flour, salt, seed malt), corn starch syrup, BONITO FISH EXTRACT (BONITO Dried FISH EXTRACT, salt, ethyl alcohol, yeast extract, flavour enhancer: E631), sugar, salt, flavour enhancer: E621, E635, INCHUNI extract (dried INCHUNI (FISH), corn syrup, salt, glucose), dextrin, glucose, ethyl alcohol, yeast seasoning powder (dextrin, yeast extract, salt, flavour enhancer:E635), acidity regulator: E501), dried vegetable flakes 1,96% (dried kimchi flakes 1,49% (cabbage, red pepper powder, garlic, water, dextrin, acidity regulator: E575, salt, ginger), dried baby onions, dried carrots, seaweed flakes, shiitake GOBE (Lentinus edodes), red pepper flakes).

May contain traces of crustaceans, molluscs, nuts, eggs, sesame seeds, peanuts, milk (including lactose), mustard, sulphur dioxide and sulphites.

NUTRITIONAL VALUE PER 100g: Energy 580kJ/139kcal, fat 0,4g; of which saturates 0,1g, carbohydrates 31g; of which sugars 1,2g, protein 4,1g, salt 2,2g.

PREPARATION: Heat 350 ml of water. Add the noodles and liquid seasoning and cook for 2 minutes, add the vegetable flakes and serve.

Useful at least until the date stamped on the front of the packaging.
