Original Korean tteokbokki with gochujang sauce 260g O’FOOD

Ingredients: 85% rice, water, sugar, salt, thickener:E330, alcohol. Sauce:sugar, red pepper sauce 34% (water, tapioca syrup, brown rice, red pepper powder, salt, alcohol, garlic, onion), water, onion, salt, yeast extract, garlic, flavour enhancers:E627, E631, colour:E160c, flavouring, thickener:E415, black pepper powder.

Nutrition per 100g: Energy 1002 kJ/240 kcal, fat 1.3g: of which saturates 0.2g, carbohydrate 54g: of which sugars 9.1g, protein 3.4g, salt 0g.

Store in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight and high temperatures.

Refrigerate after thawing.

Preparation: add 120ml water to a bowl and add the rice rolls and sauce. Cook and stir for 3-4 minutes on high heat.

Useful at least until the date stamped on the back of the packaging.
