Szechuan spice paste for roasting 50g ASIAN HOME GOURMET
Ingredients: fermented SOY paste (water, SOY, wheat flour, salt, sugar), onion, SOY oil, hydrolysed soya protein, corn and wheat, garlic, ginger, sugar, sesame oil, SOY sauce (water, SOY, salt, sugar, wheat flour), tomato paste, salt, maltodextrin (potato), chilli extract, colour: E150c, E160c.
NUTRITIONAL VALUES PER 100g: Energy 883 kJ/211 kcal, fat 15g:of which saturates 2.1g, carbohydrate 14g: of which sugars 14g, fibre 2.2g, protein 5.1g, salt 11.7g.
PREPARATION(for 4 servings): Ingredients: 1 bag Szechuan Classic Stir Fry Seasoning Paste; 2 tablespoons vegetable oil; 250 g chicken or beef, thinly sliced or minced; 250 g mixed vegetables or tofu; young onion, sliced into 1 cm.
Directions:
1. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan over a medium heat.
2.Add the spice paste; fry until fragrant. Add the meat; and fry for 3 minutes
3.Add the vegetables or tofu and fry until the meat is cooked and the vegetables are soft. Serve hot with rice.
Useful at least until the date stamped on the back of the packaging.
Store in a dark, dry place. Use immediately after opening.
